Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Board - The Michigan Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Board (MDVPTB) was established within the Michigan Family Independence Agency in 1978 by state legislation that created a Governor-appointed Board responsible for focusing state activity on domestic violence.
